I am looking for a PCA/Homemaker to come into my home and work for me for approximately 25 hours per week. The hours are flexible M-F only, no nights or weekends. Duties would include but not limited to all aspects of cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping etc.) Some light meal prep might be needed from time to time. The PCA duties would include ADL's as outlined in my care plan. A love of dogs is a MUST as I have 3 large ones that mean the world to me. This position isn't all about work. It is about friendship and companionship for me as well. I have many interests and I try to keep upbeat and positive by staying as busy as my disabilities will allow me to be. That's not to say that I won't have my bad or my "down" days, because I will unfortunately.  That's why too, when I'm feeling "good", I tend to overdo it and do whatever I am doing, too much. Too much to the point of actually hurting myself, for several days after. I try to remember my limits, but that's where you'd come in and remind me. I am an avid sewer and I've made many quilts in my day! I love crafts of all kinds and am self taught I most. I love to recycle and upcycle stuff so if you know of something you can teach me, I'm all for it!! I do have 3 gardens that I plant each year that I will need help with and I have several flower gardens as well that will need tending to. It's all work, but when you see the beauty of the flowers and all the vegetables growing so big and full it's ALL worth it!!! There's NOTHING like homegrown food!! I love to cook and bake so we could be doing that on any given day. Or we could be hitting garage sales. There's no set schedule with me...except Monday thru Friday. 

I do however, need you to be responsible, reliable, honest and trustworthy.The rate of pay is $19.00/hour, with PTO.
