A Patient Concierge Representative is a people-oriented job. Speaking with patients all day long of all ages. Providing services to make their stay or their families stay and experience the best in the business. Anticipating needs, being resourceful and handling all patients like they are your family. Water, warm blankets, providing meals and UBER. Helping children cope by giving them a toy or crayons. Assisting the patient’s family with their needs while in the facility. Mailing back clothing that was left behind, following up with phone calls and personal notes.

Hotel concierge background. Service industry experience. Childcare and or Nursing home care.

Taking care of the patients’ needs with anything NON-medical. MA and CNA may apply.
