Job Description

We are seeking a Part Time Therapeutic Day Treatment Assistant to join our dedicated team at Health Connect America. What will I be doing:

As the Part Time Assistant, you are to provide administrative support for the Therapeutic Day Treatment Group in our Hernando office working with at-risk youth. You may also serve as the region’s receptionist; train and supervise other administrative clerical staff; maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems; compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities; enter data and produce reports as requested; assist in preparing agendas; transport clients if needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school education with at least 5 years work experience in an administrative support staff position.
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Experience in health care/ behavioral health care preferred.
  • Must be skilled in computer applications and proficient in all outlook products, including Excel.
  • Excellent customer service and effective communication skills a must.
  • Must be organized with the ability to administratively organize others and be able to independently maintain an organized regional office system and maintain confidentiality at all levels.
