A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA CONCIERGE:

As a Part Time Spa Concierge, you will be working in our 3 story Lifestyle Center in an 8,000-square-foot state-of-the-art spa and Salon. You will be spending time as a spa concierge where you will deliver prompt and courteous service ensuring spa guests' needs are exceeded. You will book spa and salon appointments, promote services, process payments, answer phone calls, handle retail sales, assist with inventory controls, provide tours of the spa when needed, and offer assistance throughout the spa. You will also be spending time as a spa locker room attendant which consists of receiving guests and directing them to appointments, maintaining locker rooms and relaxation lounge. JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Accuracy with accounting procedures
• Positive and friendly personality
• Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods of time
