Job Description Position Overview: This position will assist the location with general lot duties and will be expected to follow safety rules and regulations. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds including but not limited to: cleaning the lot, moving snow, spraying weeds , mowing grass Ensure safety compliance Assist in equipment maintenance Communicate daily activities, needs and accomplishments with location manager Skills and Qualifications: Prior ag experience a plus Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position Able to work substantial over time Must pass background check and drug screen Physical Requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, twisting, walking Lifting up to 50lbs Working in the indoor and outdoor elements
