We are looking for a competent part time Office/Sales Assistant to help with the organization and running of daily administration tasks of the company. The ideal candidate will be hard-working and able to undertake a variety of support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of detail across those tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Running proposals via carrier specific software
- Follow Up Phone Calls and Scheduling Client Consultations
- Emailing clients renewal notifications
- Preparing documents and PowerPoint for seminars
- Putting together policy summaries for clients
- Saving emails/data in specific client records in our database
Skills
- Proficient with computers, including software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Confident phone skills
- Trustworthy and willing to learn
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with disability insurance and customer Service
- Ability to conduct product demos and upsell to customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
