- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are properly stocked and faced.
- Handle cash and operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with other team members to achieve sales goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on our products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or grocery store sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register.
- Knowledge of appliance sales or technology sales is an asset.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with retail sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
