Achieve or exceed sales goals set by leadership  Accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, such as Units per transaction (UPT), Conversion and Client Reachability  Leverage sales tools available to ensure clients are receiving service that meets their needs, i.e. virtual selling, OMNI Channel, sharing trends, etc. EXCELLENCE IN CLIENT EXPERIENCE  Welcome clients and establish a connection to strengthen their relationship with the Company  Knowledgeable of all collections and shares product knowledge (i.e. fit, styling, trends, fabrication, etc.) with clients  Execute Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to ensure reachability expectations are met  Working as a team, ensure a client centric sales experience that is representative of the brand and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. Conversion and UPT targets  Ensure strong execution of OMNI channel, client initiatives (CRM) and charge sends
