Achieve or exceed sales goals set by leadership Accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, such as Units per transaction (UPT), Conversion and Client Reachability Leverage sales tools available to ensure clients are receiving service that meets their needs, i.e. virtual selling, OMNI Channel, sharing trends, etc. EXCELLENCE IN CLIENT EXPERIENCE Welcome clients and establish a connection to strengthen their relationship with the Company Knowledgeable of all collections and shares product knowledge (i.e. fit, styling, trends, fabrication, etc.) with clients Execute Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to ensure reachability expectations are met Working as a team, ensure a client centric sales experience that is representative of the brand and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. Conversion and UPT targets Ensure strong execution of OMNI channel, client initiatives (CRM) and charge sends
