Frito Lay is PepsiCo’s snack manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit. They have the world’s largest portfolio of billion dollar foods and are specifically responsible for the growth of some of America’s favorite snack foods, including FRITOS®, LAY’S®, DORITOS®, CHEETOS®, AND TOSTITOS®.

Work Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 hours each
Friday: 6 hours

Average of 30 hours a week*

Responsabilities:

  • Answering questions and providing front-line support to various cross-functional teams and employees.
  • Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
  • This key position is the front-line for employees needing assistance.
  • Zone Meetings, D&I Events, etc.
  • Route bid postings and information distribution.
  • Safety - PPE distribution and maintenance.
  • Facility Management - RSR Mailbox Updates, Communication Board Updates, Compliance Posters (State & Federal).
  • Rewards & Recognition – Prizes, meals, manage/publish frontline birthdays & anniversaries, local recognition programs, etc.).
  • Coordinate execution of Flu Clinic, Wellness Fairs, etc.
  • Mail Management & Check and Package Shipping.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $35,900 - $50,000 based on a full-time schedule (40 hours), this job is average 30 hours a week. $20-23 hourly.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years administrative experience is preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
  • Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize work.
  • Computer skills including expert competency in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom.
  • Must possess organizational, problem solving and follow through skills to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Team player that is resourceful, creative and results oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels, in person and over the phone both within and outside the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background investigation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
