About the job

Turning Point Brands (NYSE: TPB), is seeking a driven and resourceful Operations Analyst to assist in the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the e-commerce business, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and financial reporting. The Operations Analyst will also help in identifying new opportunities to grow the business, gain efficiencies, and improve customer satisfaction.

As an Operations Analyst, you will...

  • Assist in managing all aspects of an e-commerce website, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Conduct business and financial analytics to forecast sales and inventory needs, and produce data-driven reports to guide decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business units in a collaborative way, including finance, marketing, sales, fulfillment, IT and customer support.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to define, develop, and deploy new features and functionalities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement processes and workflows that promote efficiency and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
  • Experience with Excel and analyzing different types of data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the desire to continuously learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform tasks in a timely and productive manner.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A positive attitude that contributes to the overall success of a collaborative environment.
