Job Description

Golden Youth Services is seeking a Part-time Office manager/HR Manager with a passion for organization, schedule coordination and administrative work. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment, strong organizational skills and the ability to create and implement streamlined office systems. We'd love to have someone who enjoys dealing with routine administrative tasks like expenses and human resources, but is also willing to get their hands dirty in order to help us maintain a functional office environment and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sufficient management information system for tracking and monitoring of office's operations of employees and programs.
  • Scheduling interviews, Hiring and training employees for DSPs or Caregivers
  • Scheduling in office trainings
  • Ensure compliance is being met for our employees; Training requirements are followed accordingly
  • Submitting Backgrounds/ Scheduling fingerprints
  • Filing paperwork
  • Maintaining a Office supply list
  • Supply closet maintenance
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
  • Helping with supervision of youth as needed.

Starting pay is $18/hr. (Part-time)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Experience:

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Compliance management: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: In person
