• Under general supervision of the Terminal Manager or Office Manager, and functional supervision by the RCPM (Regional Claims Prevention Manager) has primary responsibility for OS&D. Investigate and resolve freight exceptions such as overages, shortages, damages, refused, and unmarked freight.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Transportation experience

• OS&D experience

• Customer service experience

• Good analytical skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of AS400 system
