Part Time Office Assistant /1st shift/ Lee County
Monday- Friday 9am to 3pm (Saturday as needed)
Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation
- Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a tidy reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
