## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor and 2nd shift desk agent to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. ## Responsibilities - Conduct the nightly audit process efficiently and accurately - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts - Process payments and manage financial transactions - Ensure the security of the premises during the night hours ## Requirements - Experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus - Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is advantageous. The job is Mon and Tue 3p-11p and Thursday and Friday 11p-7a

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
