Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide recommendations to guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Operate phone systems and respond to incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or night audit preferred
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
