Beer Capitol Distributing LLC, Wisconsin's largest beer distributor, serving Waukesha, Ozaukee, Washington, and Milwaukee counties is now hiring for Part Time Merchandiser. This position is responsible for rotating, stocking, and merchandising product delivered into customer accounts. This is an entry-level position with the potential to move up within the company.

Compensation:

• $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 2-3 eight hour shifts per week, mandatory Saturdays and Sundays
• Mileage reimbursement if driving personal vehicle

Responsibilities

• Maintaining fresh product at retail by rotating, reorganizing, and refilling shelves and coolers
• Move an average of 500 cases of product per day weighing an average of 30-40 lbs. each
• Inventory and reorganize back stocks, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as needed
• Build displays that meet supplier and company guidelines; assist with resets when needed
• Communicate with and take direction from account personnel, management, sales representatives, and delivery personnel on a regular basis

Skills and Abilities

• Valid drivers license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation required for all Merchandisers
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, personable, and approachable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to consistently lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis

• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis
• Walk and stand for long periods of time; bending twisting, squatting, lifting
