Cox Manufacturing is seeking individuals ready for a high-skilled, in-demand career. Machine Operators enjoy working with their hands and solving problems. You will learn how to operate machines that create precision parts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machines.
- Inspect parts for conformance.
- Work as a team to run production and solve issues.
Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or GED (or GED equivalent)
- Must be able to work fulltime on the 1st shift during training. (approximately 6-8 weeks)
- Mandatory 12-hour shift on Saturday
Compensation:
- Starting at $16.00 an hour
- Extra 3.00 an hour for 4th shift.
- Extra 5.00 an hour for 5th shift.
Shift Schedule:
- 4th shift = Saturday 7AM-7:30PM or
- 5th shift= Saturday 7PM- 7:30AM
- Optional: extra 8 hours
NOTE: New Operators start initial training on 1st shift (7 am - 4 pm) for approximately 3 weeks.
