Part-time Latchkey Monitor – STEADY HOURS YEAR ROUND! Hiring immediately. The Latchkey Monitor has the responsibility for monitoring and assisting in our on-site transportation transfer location - where we are serving adults who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. Also responsible to assist with vehicle check-overs and will occasionally transport individuals. This is a fun and uplifting work environment and a family like atmosphere. Part-time split-shift M-F 7:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. + 2:00 p.m - 4:30 p.m. Immediately hiring! EOE

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year driving experience
• DOT physical & drug/alcohol testing will be required if hired (paid by our company)
• Good written and verbal communication skills and conflict resolution skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of own body weight, whichever is less
• Knowledge regarding the needs of individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities is beneficial - but not required
• Beneficial experience- Latchkey, Transit van, Van Driver, Paratransit bus driving, Transporting adults with developmental disabilities, DOT bus driving, transporting to medical appointments, direct care, direct support, DSP, I/DD. Immediately hiring.
