Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated part-time Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to support the asphalt paving operations.

this is a perfect part-time position for anyone working a weekend shift.

Duties:
- Perform physical labor on construction sites or in other settings as needed
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual tasks
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in operating machinery
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques
