As a Kitchen Team Member, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Strive to produce amazing food while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Treat all people with honor, dignity, and respect while meeting speed of service related goals and being an engaging Team player.
• Actively participate in promoting a culture of food safety within the kitchen.
• Follow established systems and directions from Leadership Team.
• Working in a fast-paced environment across multiple stations including filleting, breading, and frying chicken and fries.
• Have a high sense of urgency while maintaining utmost Guest satisfaction and providing an amazing product.

Requirements:

• Must have integrity, be able to work with a team, be coachable, maintain a high attention to detail, and have the ability to self-motivate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around hot equipment and temperatures.
• In this position, you must be available to work weekends (Saturdays) and holidays. You will be expected to be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Prior related experience preferred but not required.
