Overview of Responsibilities:

• Exceptional typing and computer skills with ability to learn new information quickly
• Answer phone calls and email correspondence promptly and with Aloha.
• Effectively work independently with confidence.
• Multi-tasking skills is a must with answering incoming calls and responding promptly in a professional and patient manner.
• Written and verbal professional communication skills necessary.
• Ability to stay calm in busy environment.
• Efficiently and promptly provide solutions

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or higher
• HI Drivers License
• Wage Depends On Experience (DOE)
