Outside Duties include but are not limited to:

· Keeping mulch beds weeded and fresh with mulch.

· Trimming bushes.

· Keeping campus clean and maintained.

· Exterior Painting.

· Tree Trimming.

· Maintaining Vegetable Garden.

· Cleaning/power washing exterior structures.

· Push mowing.

· Weed whacking.

Interior Duties included but not limited to:

· Light cleaning

· Painting.

· Moving furniture.

Other Qualifications:

· Must possess the ability and dexterity necessary to operate motorized vehicles, equipment, basic lawn care tools and power tools.

· Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance; lift up to 50 lbs., move by pulling, pushing, rolling objects exceeding 50 lbs.

· Must be able to perform tasks, primarily in outdoor environment.

Clearances for employment required.

This is a part time position. Days and hours are flexible and will be determined at a later date.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
