Join our team as a Part-Time Unit Manager at our janitorial company, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering employee development, and driving the growth and effective management of labor controls and routines budgets in our operations. As a Unit Manager, you'll oversee a unit of business for the company and lead a team of up to 15 employees. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining our reputation for excellence and contributing to the success of our company in the janitorial industry.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: You will oversee a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional janitorial services to our customers. Your responsibilities include maintaining in-depth knowledge of each account, coordinating heavy work schedules, conducting quality control checks, and promptly addressing customer concerns.
- Employee Satisfaction: Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment where employees feel supported and motivated. This involves administering training programs, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, and actively engaging with employees to encourage their development and recognition.
- Growth: You'll contribute to the company's growth by identifying staffing needs, providing evidence of customer satisfaction to support sales efforts, and collaborating with the Human Resources Department to address recruitment needs effectively.
- Labor Controls and Routines Budgets: As a steward of labor controls and routines budgets, you'll ensure effective management of routines budgets to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the janitorial industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.

Compensation:
