This position expects a worker who is able to work up to 19 hrs a week for a Mental Health Facility to maintain the building, grounds, and equipment. The primary responsibility is for 1 location/building; however, we have multiple locations/buildings and another Maintenance worker whom may request assistance or be available for assistance on duties.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Building Maintenance and repair within the agency as needed, both inside and outside
• Lawn, sidewalk, and parking area maintenance
• Cleaning and painting, as needed, inside and outside
• Assist in obtaining needed building and maintenance supplies as requested.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Background void of issues related to abuse or neglect
• Valid Kansas driver’s license with favorable record
• Minimal travel to satellite office in Lyons, KS; Stafford, KS; Larned, KS
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work outside, performing exterior building maintenance, yard, sidewalk and parking lot maintenance
• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.10 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 19 per week
