Job Description

Express Employment Professionals on 99th and Fort Street is currently recruiting for a Part time Administrative Assistant for a client in the Omaha area. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

  • Providing clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Typing correspondence and reports
  • Assisting with office management tasks
  • Serving as a personal assistant to the management team
  • Performing various administrative duties to support the team
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for in an Administrative Assistant:

  • Proven experience in clerical and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in office management procedures and practices
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

Hours:

Monday to Friday

8am-12pm
