Park Monitor

General Purpose: Patrol the city parks in a marked city vehicle with a focus on delivering great customer service, ensuring that park visitors are following park rules and that our parks are clean and safe. Carry out the removal of trash and litter and observe any park area which needs maintenance and document/report the issue.

Schedule: Permanent Part-Time (15 hours per week). Sunday, Monday, Wednesday from 4:00pm - 9:00pm (may vary slightly depending on daylight/seasonal conditions).

Preferred Qualifications:

(A) Must be 18 years or older and graduation form a high school or GED equivalent
(B) Possess a valid motor vehicle license with acceptable history
(C) Ability to perform the essential duties of the job such as park patrol & trash removal

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
