Our client, one of the largest supplier of building products, is seeking a Paint Associate to join their team in Newton!

Schedule: Part Time - Flexible Schedule - Day Shift - 20-25 Hours per week

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/ hour

Responsibilities of Paint Associate:
- Assist customers in selecting the right paint products for their projects
- Mix and match paint colors accurately and efficiently
- Provide product recommendations and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for cash handling and processing transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized paint department, including stocking shelves and organizing inventory
- Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and providing solutions
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications and Experience of the Paint Associate:
- Previous experience in retail sales or paint sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math and retail math calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of paint products, color matching, and mixing techniques is a plus
