Job Description:
Welcomes and assists all in-coming Guests, Members and Patrons when arriving at the Welcome Center main entrance. Provides directions to Resort activities, Group functions and outlets of the Resort. Contacts various Resort Associates and notifies them of in-coming Guests. Coordinates with various Departments during large Group functions and or arrivals to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.

NOTE: This position will only cover Friday and Saturday overnight shifts.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all in-coming Guests, Members and Patrons.
  • Assists with Guest’s arrival and contacts bell services/front desk to announce guest arrivals for check-in.
  • Provide directions to Resort activities, outlets and Group functions.
  • Assist various Departments during large Group arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain radio communication with Loss Prevention Dispatch.
  • Review the in-house daily activity report and be familiar with Guest arrivals.
  • Notify the Executive Offices Assistant of arrivals which require Executive Office Notification.
  • Notify Loss Prevention Dispatch of suspicious activities at the Front Main Entrance and near the Associate Parking Lot.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work Friday and Saturday overnight shifts.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have welcoming, pleasant demeanor and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer and typing skills preferred
  • Must have a state issued driver’s license and be able to provide a clean DMV printout.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to Guests, Members, Patrons and other Associates of the organization.
