Want to Work Overnights 2 or 3 nights per week?

10 hour nights, 10p-8a

20-30 hours per week.

$16.00/hr, $17.00/hr on weekends

Overnights follow a set schedule

More hours are available and scheduled based on employee availability.

Some of the sites have Sleep Shifts - if choosing to take a Sleeping position, you would stay overnight and be able to sleep, but be available to help if anyone needs a staff throughout the night. All sleep hours are minimum wage $10.85/Hr. Awake hours are as listed above.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to adults with disabilities in a home setting where up to 4 individuals live.
- Provide personal hygiene care to adult male and female clients, including and not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medications and prepare food.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Implement behavior management techniques for clients with challenging behaviors.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for clients.
- Adhere to client rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected.

Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred. We provide training.
- Compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and coworkers.
- Ability to adapt to different caregiving environments and work well in a team setting.
- Reliable transportation to attend scheduled work shifts.
