Valbridge Property Advisors is the largest independent commercial real estate appraisal firm in the United States with over 60 offices. Located in Brookfield, the Milwaukee office is currently seeking a trustworthy and reliable individual to assist the Senior Managing Director in administering business operations for our current staff of 10. A background in real estate a plus, but not required. Microsoft Office and QuickBooks experience important. Applicant must show strong organizational skills, a keen eye for details and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Part-time position (up to approx. 20 hours) with potential for some hybrid remote work after established. Business degree preferred. Compensation commensurate with experience and fit.

• Serve as billing manager
• Manage accounts receivables
• Manage state government contracts and invoicing
• Some bookkeeping duties
• Record payments and track deposits
• Track appraisal production billings
• Oversee staff scheduling, track assignment progress
• Assist in quoting assignments and submitting bids
• Assist with proposals and engagement letters
• Assist in submitting final reports to clients
• Research bid opportunities
• Assist in marketing and client contact
• Oversee local social media
