Dignity Home Health and Hospice is growing and looking for an On-Call Registered Nurse to join our team! We are in need an experienced On-Call RN who is passionate about providing the best possible care for our patients.

1 to 2 years of hospice and home health experience.

Location: Utah County

On Call Schedule: Alternating weeks with another RN. Weeknight call hours from 5pm to 8am the following morning and weekends from Fridays from 5pm to Mondays at 8am.

On Call RN Responsibilities:

• Make visits to patients as needed after hours; assessing the patient's needs at the place of their residence (private residence, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities)
• Answering calls; helping from patient's, families and facilities
• Admission of new patients after hours
• Completing all documentation and charting accurately and in a timely manner

Licenses Required:

• Active Utah Registered Nursing license
• Current CPR certificate
• Valid Utah driver license with car insurance'
