Job Description

Brown Bolt and Nut Corp. is a local, family owned fastener distributor company
located in Paramount, CA. We are a small company with 5 employees and have
been in business for over 75 years. We are seeking an experienced individual with
excellent communications and organizational skills to oversee the day to day office
tasks of the business. Due to the size of the company the Office Manager position
entails a number of responsibilities. The position is responsible for accounts
receivable functions, answering the phones, inventory counts, and handling
freight management.
You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able
to work effectively in high pressure situations, and be detail oriented.
Accounts receivable skills extremely helpful: Invoicing, management of aging
receivables, payroll, and data entry.
We are looking for someone with experience as an Office Manager, preferably with
some manufacturing knowledge. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
Work Location: In person
