Job Summary:
We are seeking someone who wants/needs to get away for a couple days a week and help out in the office at our appliance repair company. We are flexible and a very laid back company. If you are interested in helping us out or have any questions about the job please reach out!
Duties:
-Answering phones and scheduling appointments
-checking in appliance parts
-ordering parts
Experience:
The successful Office Assistant will have previous experience in office setting. They will be proficient in using computerised systems have experience in data entry and calendar management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
