We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As the Office Assistant, you will be responsible for working closely with the Office Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. Applicant must be proficient in the following computer programs: Word, Excel and Quickbooks. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

- miscellaneous office duties
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Knowledge of file management systems and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
