We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team and support the daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle various tasks efficiently.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Provide support to customers and visitors
- Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and organization
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
*Requirements*
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proofreading skills are preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or as a personal assistant is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
