Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Utilize computerized systems for tasks such as word processing, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks
- Provide support to staff in various departments as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
- Experience with front desk operations and phone systems preferred
- Ability to type accurately and use computer software effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role or as a clerk is beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
