```Duties```
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with office management tasks as assigned
- Organize scheduled client contact to help with regular communication
```Qualifications```
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with computer systems
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Driven to accomplish goals in regards to scheduling client review appointments
