Duties

- Assist with calendar management, scheduling service calls, and helping customers
- Maintain organized office files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Assist in clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow.
- Provide bilingual support as needed to enhance communication with clients.
Requirements
