Office Assistant
An Office Assistant will help with the organization and running of the facility. This person will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. They have good relationships with the members and listen thoughtfully when a complaint is raised. The Office Assistant duties include, but are not limited to:
- Give club tours, qualifying individuals who are interested in a membership and tailoring a tour specific to their workout history and goals, while providing the necessary club information.
- Drive membership sales by guiding prospective members to the plan that works best for their needs and be able to show the value in what our club has to offer them.
- Creating club culture by providing a fun and inclusive environment for all of our members!
- Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement
- Assist in providing social media content.
- Be a part of community involvement to encourage health and wellness even beyond our walls
- Organize the office and assist managers in ways that optimize procedures
- Ensure the club is clean and safe
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Comply with all standards, policies and guidelines of the AF facility
- Meet or exceed goals given during weekly and monthly WIG meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Reports to: Club Manager
Schedule:
Mon: 8am-12pm, Fri: 12pm-4pm and Sat: 8am-12pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week

Experience:
