Title: Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our office, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Generate and reconcile financial reports using QuickBooks.
- Complete payroll and quarterly reports
- Contribute to the company's growth by managing advertising campaigns and keeping our website updated.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration.
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
