Job Description

Title: Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of our office, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
  • Generate and reconcile financial reports using QuickBooks.
  • Complete payroll and quarterly reports
  • Contribute to the company's growth by managing advertising campaigns and keeping our website updated.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration.
  • Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
