Job Description:

As an OT Assistant at Americorp Therapy, you will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse with the day-to-day tasks of occupational therapy. You will be responsible for assisting with patient intake, preparing and documenting therapy plans, and communicating with the RN and PT Coordinator. You will also assist with patient transportation. We are a growing occupational therapy practice that provides top-notch care in a fun, casual environment. Our staff is friendly, professional and caring!

Requirements:

• Must have an active state license as an OT Assistant
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day and weekends during the course of your work week
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Must meet all COVID-19 vaccination requirements
• Must have a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Must be flexible, flexible enough to do a variety of tasks at once, to which you must be able to do in a timely manner
• Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Must have experience working with children and working with families of children

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
