Schedule:
Full time - 36 hours/week or greater
Shift:
Second Shift (Evenings - Less than 12 hours per shift) (United States of America)
Weekly Work Schedule:
Scheduled days vary. Shift times: 6a-230p, 615a-245p, 7a-330p. Full weekend & holiday availability required.

A Brief Overview
Services Technicians perform a wide range of duties internally to ensure the ongoing operation of the organization. Duties can range between sanitation, laundry, and nutritional services. Nutritional Services Technicians perform a variety of functions while preparing, servicing, delivering and cleaning up food.

Experience Qualifications
  • Experience in a service industry. Preferred
  • Experience working in a hospital. Preferred
  • Experience handing money transactions. Preferred

Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to read a limited number of two- and three- syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. (Required proficiency)
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. (Required proficiency)

What you will do
  • Handles food throughout the cooking, serving, and cleaning process.
  • Sanitizes and maintains work area and equipment. This may include washing dishes and pans. Ensuring proper temperatures are maintains while cooking and cleaning.
  • Operates cash register and responsible for the cash flow from the customer.
  • Documents processes and procedures as necessary. Performs inventory and ordering of supplies as necessary.

Travel Requirements
  • 20% Delivery and pick-up; dependent upon department need.
