```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for patients
```Experience```
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in assisted living or hospice care settings is beneficial
Skills:
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects or patients as required
- Proficient in providing patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies
- Experience in meal preparation and feeding patients
- Understanding of resident rights and regulations in assisted living or hospice care settings
