Full-time / Part-time Patrol Security Officer

Candidate must stay within the city of Lawrenceville or within a 10 - 15 miles radius of the city for fast deployment.

Job description is as follows:

Patrol officer will be assigned to specific sites such as residential communities and commercial plaza to prevent theft and be a visible deterrent. Position will requires sites locations to change to include emergency coverage such as fire watch, property patrol, special events, etc.

Patrol officer will be required to contact tow service to enforce towing on property that is assigned to the officer. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points. Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior. Controls traffic by directing drivers. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

16-32+ hours per week.

Must be able to travel and work on short notice

Must be able to operate a full size sedan and pick up truck

Must be to work a flexible and rotating afternoon and night schedule

Pay rate: $18.00 HR

REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND PASS MVR CHECK

-MUST PAST CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK

-MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL POSTS & SITES AND ABLE TO RESPOND ON SHORT NOTICE.

-MUST OWN AND HAVE RELIABLE VEHICLE.

-MUST HAVE STRONG PEOPLE & CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

-MUST BE PUNCTUAL & ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL

-MUST BE DEPENDABLE

-MUST HAVE A PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR

-PATROL, SECURITY & POLICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

-GA SECURITY CERTIFICATION IS A++

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week

• Holidays
• Night shift
• On call
