Job Overview:

We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and financial services, with the ability to handle various member inquiries and transactions.

Duties:

- Assist members with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Perform accurate data entry using 10-key typing for financial transactions
- Handle cash transactions, debits, credits, and balance daily settlements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Utilize customer relationship management systems effectively
- Promote financial products and services to meet member needs
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for financial sales

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service within a financial institution is preferred
- Proficiency in math skills for accurate transaction processing
- Ability to handle cash securely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with members
- Experience in sales or promoting financial products is beneficial

Pay: $16.50 - $21.49 per hour
