Membership Experience Coordinator
Are you passionate about health and fitness? Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Membership Experience Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring our members have an exceptional experience from day one!
Responsibilities:
- New Member Accountability: Guide new members through their onboarding process, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
- Lead Nurture: Follow up with leads and prospects to provide information, address inquiries, and nurture relationships to convert them into members.
- Member Recognition: Recognize and celebrate member achievements, milestones, and successes to foster a sense of belonging and motivation.
- Retention: Implement retention strategies to enhance member satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
- Email Management: Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Special Projects: Assist in planning and executing special projects and events to enhance the member experience and drive community engagement.
- Front Desk Duties: Staff the front desk to provide outstanding customer service. You’ll interact in person and on the phone, greet members, process sales, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Ensure the facility remains clean and orderly during your shift.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on details preferred.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Martial arts experience a bonus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Compensation:
- $15 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
