Membership Experience Coordinator

Are you passionate about health and fitness? Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Membership Experience Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring our members have an exceptional experience from day one!

Responsibilities:

• New Member Accountability: Guide new members through their onboarding process, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.
• Lead Nurture: Follow up with leads and prospects to provide information, address inquiries, and nurture relationships to convert them into members.
• Member Recognition: Recognize and celebrate member achievements, milestones, and successes to foster a sense of belonging and motivation.
• Retention: Implement retention strategies to enhance member satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
• Email Management: Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Special Projects: Assist in planning and executing special projects and events to enhance the member experience and drive community engagement.
• Front Desk Duties: Staff the front desk to provide outstanding customer service. You’ll interact in person and on the phone, greet members, process sales, handle inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Ensure the facility remains clean and orderly during your shift.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on details preferred.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Martial arts experience a bonus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Compensation:

• $15 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
