Marketing / Sales Administrator (Part-time)

Part-time position approximately 20 hours / week depending on company needs Preferred hours are 1 pm - 5pm, M-F but can be flexible. Potential for some remote hours.

Salary range: $20 - $24/hour depending on experience and portfolio

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls from new leads and provide basic information about our company's services, products, and procedures.
  • Assist potential clients by answering their queries, addressing their concerns, and providing accurate and timely information.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system (Pipedrive), ensuring all lead information is accurately entered and up to date.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to provide them with relevant information regarding new leads and inquiries.
  • Generate and send thank you notes to clients and industry friends who refer our services to others, expressing our gratitude and strengthening relationships.
  • Assist with office tasks and provide support to other departments, including assisting with photoshoots, as needed.
  • Update and maintain various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional activities and events.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service and administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software (experience with Pipedrive or similar platform preferred).
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Familiarity with luxury landscaping is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in using PC-based computer workstations for administrative tasks, including Office365.
