Job Description:

Sky Zone is seeking a creative and energetic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Marketing and Events Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, event planning, and promoting our brand to engage both new and existing customers. This position will play a key role in driving attendance, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring the success of our special events and promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and promote brand loyalty.
  • Plan, organize, and execute special events, parties, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with teams to create compelling promotional materials, including flyers, banners, and social media content.
  • Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to engage with followers, promote events, and share exciting content.
  • Coordinate with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to establish partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure Sky Zone remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or promotions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Enthusiasm for the Sky Zone brand and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
