Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team at our dry ice manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating tools and equipment within a production environment and possess a strong attention to detail. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production process, ensuring safe and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment used in dry ice production, including compressors, pelletizers, and packaging tools.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met, adjusting settings as necessary to maintain consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Load and unload materials and products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct inspections of products and machinery to identify potential defects or malfunctions.
• Keep accurate records of production metrics, including quantities, times, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and resolve any operational challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve minor equipment issues.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in cold conditions typical of a dry ice facility.
