We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including delegating tasks to staff, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and resolving customer complaints. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff on the floor.
• Weekly employee schedules
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of staff attendance and performance.
• Train new staff members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
